Priory taster day

First when we arrived at Priory high school academy, we did some tricky maths problems with Mr Baker. We did our 6 times tables and 4 tricky timetable grids. Next we went to science, we experimented with alkaline and acids. We made indicators to seee if it was acid or alkaline and they all went lots of different colours. After that, it was French, we played some games like quiz, quiz, trade - it was good to practice some stuff we already knew. Most of the quiz, quiz, trades were cognates or near-cognates, they were easy to read because the are very similar to English. After having pasta and sauce for lunch, we had a fun badminton session learning how to do forehand and backhand. We learnt how to serve, but me and Jasmine weren’t the greatest at serving! Then we said our goodbyes and headed off home just in time for asssembly.
