Longton's Got Talent organised by Longton School Parliament.

Thank you to all pupils who applied for Longton's Got Talent. There were many entries and it was difficult for the group of Year 6 pupils who were involved in the shortlisting process. They were very organised and gave everyone a fair chance to show off their skills.

The finalists have been named and the list is in the hall. The final will take place on Friday 22nd July at 1.15 - 2.30. All acts will have 2 minutes of performance and the whole school will be watching and have the facility to vote for their favourite act. As part of the School Parliament commitment to charitable work, we would like to ask all finalists to contribute a £1 per person for their entry and all this money will go towards a donated gift for the charity they adopted this year - 'Bay 6' Barnardos charity for young people in our area.

It looks to be a great afternoon, so happy rehearsing for our finalists and we can't wait to watch our pupil's 'Shine!'
