The week ahead

It's going to be a busy week this week. 

Spelling - words with the spelling patterns. E.g.  ei (vein), eigh (eight), aigh (straight), ey (they). 

Reading - literal questions, finding the evidence in the text. 

English - biographies. 

Maths - interpreting and drawing graphs, applying addition and subtraction skills. 

Science - outside shadows, weather dependent.

P.E. swimming on Thursday and cricket on Friday 

R.E. - exploring the messages within the Buddhist storyof the 'Buddha and the Injured Swan'.

Jigsaw - developing a learning charter. 

On Tuesday afternoon we have our harvest service in church. Thank you to those who have already brought in donations. 

On Friday we will be making our Enterprise food ready to sell at the end of the day after school. More details to follow.

Projects need to be in school on Friday as well please.
