A busy week in the bears!

This week the children have been exploring stories with familiar settings in Literacy. We have looked at the characters setting and main events. The children enjoyed the sequencing the story Peace at Last by Jill Murphy and roleplaying the story was fun!!! Poor Daddy Bear!

Today we have had a visit from Caroline from the Lancashire Wildlife Trust. The children learned all about how bees and butterflies pollenate flowers, how seeds spread and what seeds need to grow. It was great fun spreading the seeds all around the wild area.

We have been working hard finishing our Cauliflower Christmas cards - they look brilliant, the children have enjoyed making them and look forward to showing you them at the viewing next week.
