Film Makers

On Friday the Hippos worked in groups to write scripts for their very own news reports. They learnt about the story of the shepehrds who travelled down to Bethleham to see Jesus. They thought about the feelings of the shepherds as they listened to the angels message, as they travelled into Bethlehem and when they had seen the babay in the stable. Then using skills learnty this term in Literacy they worked together to write a script for their news programmes. One the scripts had been written and edited casting began Each group had a camerman, an anchor person, a Religious correspondent, 2 shepherds and a director. After a few run throughs filming began - there are definitely some budding news reporters in the class.
