Fire engine visit

Today the bears had a special visit from Lancashire fire service, they talked to the children about what to do if a fire starts! The children listened really carefully and took on board the life saving information.

They also heard about the importance of smoke alarms.If you haven't got a working smoke alarm please go on the Lancashire Fire Service website to arrange a free visit to have them fitted! 

The children really enjoyed exploring a real fire engine, looking at the uniforms and equipment and best of all squirting the hose - well needed on such a hot day!!!
