Next week is arts week

During art week we will be covering the decade of the 70’s. We are going to explore music and dance from this era . We have some visitors coming into school to teach us drama . The two artists we will be working in the style of are Bruce McLean who created work using photography and Patrick Caulifield renowned for his bold use of colour. In addition to this we will be exploring working in 3D and creating some glam rock boots using mod roc. No 70’s theme would be complete without the hippy chic of the time, so, we will be making tie dye t-shirts and hippy head bands. We are really looking forward to a fun and exciting week.
