Yoga
On Friday 27th November the kangaroos did a yoga lesson. We learnt lots of balances and ways to carm our selves down when we're angry.once we had done all the balances we lied down and listened to a person talking about a story to let us relax our muscles and then listens to a beautiful song.Before the end we learnt something to make our throat not saw when it has been hurting,you had to make quit a funny face to do that.The kangaroos really enjoyed yoga and found some of it funny.The lady told us a bit about yoga and how it was made in India and some of the words you say in yoga.
