Today all the children and staff took part in the Dance from the Heart event, we were supported by South Ribble Sports partnership and we also welcomed the mayor and Mayoress of south Ribble to Longton Primary School. We all had an enjoyable time. The winner of the football keep it up competition was Oliver Holden.

We have been looking at the Hindu celebration Diwali and the story behind it. Diva lamps were used to guide and welcome Rama and Sita home. In our creative time we have made our own lamps out if clay and then enjoyed painting them
