Friday 13 December

Date: 13th Dec 2019 @ 1:22pm

Maths

This week we have had a very busy time learning all about the equivalent fraction which is why you have the homework of fractions so that was what we were doing this week in maths.

English

We were focusing on the story `The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe`. So first we read the first part of the story trying to predict what would happen next in the story. We also wrote a letter to the children’s mother about our concerns about Lucy’s adventure in Narnia

Writing

On Friday we watched a film called Mog’s Christmas Calamity and had to retail the story through Mog’s eyes.

Spellings

This weekly spelling was though, although, dough, through, breakthrough, thought, bought, brought, fought, ought

We are looking forward to the pantomine on Tuesday and our Christmas party on Wednesday.
