Football stars

The school football team this week put in a great performence against Hoole and Our Lady. We didnt have such a good start as we felt that without a warm up we weren't at our best however this changed in the second half. We took kick off and Zach glided the ball along the wet grass and Ewan took on all the team weaving in and out of players  like a sewing machine  and then chiped the keeper it was 1-0. 5 minutes later Ewan put in another cracking goal from outside the box. later on Matthew our goalkeeper scored an amazing shot taking two deflections on the way in. after that Louis placed a cracker in the top corner. The final game was against Our Ladys we destroyed there defence with Ewan putting in 3 goals and setting up Matt for his 2 goals, also Louis got 3 and Zach got 1 to make the score 9-0 the finale whistle blew and we made our way home. Unbeated track record only conceding 1 goal in the whoel season.
