Paul Klee art work

The Giraffes have been learning about the artist Paul Klee.  They practised using his techniqnique of drawing with one continuous line to make poppy shapes.  The next lesson they drew over the line with a wax crayon before mixing a red colour wash for the background.  In the final lesson the children practised making darker shades of red by mixing a little black in.  They then highlighted the poppy petals in the darker shade.
