Welcome Back

Welcome back to a new school term.

The Hippos have  settled quickly into their normal routine, working hard and having fun at the same time.

Fantastic work has begun in Literacy looking at instruction texts, building on our learning from last year.

Great fun was had going outside to play a negative numbers game and all of the children enjoued finding nouns beginning with different letters of the alphabet.

The class have also made a good start to our enterprise topic and The Yummy Tummy Hippo Bakery is now up and running, well the plans to produce some very tasty goods are.

Our science topic is also up and running and we will do our first big investigation on Monday- dont forget those toothbrushes!
