Action Plan 2013

Current work going on in PSHE and Citizenship is:

• Setting up peer mentoring system - working with pupils from local high schools in training mentors.

• During anti-bullying week classes explore the role of the victim, bully and the bystander

•  School Council to develop a children's anti-bullying charter in liason with pupils, parents and govenors

• Strengthening children's understanding of themselves as global citizens and part of a vibrant multicultural society, through work with different communities via  guild procession, action factory - black history awareness day, working with Budhist monk etc

• Work towards achieving the race equality mark
