Eva has started to write a fantastic story. Below is her first chapter.

The Girl and the Alien

Chapter 1

Me

Hi! I’m Maggy but my friends call me Mag, so you can call me mag because we are going to be friends and incase you’re wondering yes I am an alien!

I love pizza smoothies and chicken ice cream, I have three eyes, a yellow greeny body, feet like a ducks and green hair that flops everywhere! I only have 7 old white teeth, not as much as on your planet but we only drink or eat food that is soft so we don’t need many. I am 102 years old and I have 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

This is me inside the train pulling silly faces at people as they walk by. It’s really weird because I am used to taking a space ship wherever I go. I almost fell of my seat because the train was so fast, for some strange reason the train is quicker than a space ship.

This is me on the train with a girl called Sophia. She and I are best friends and she is an extremely kind, loving and caring person but weren’t friend at the beginning (read chapter 2 to find out why ...) Every day we meet up at the train station near her house to hang out, sometimes we go to get ice cream (they don’t have chicken flavour) I get cookies and cream normally. Also we go to the park, swimming all sorts of fun! Sometimes when we go to the park we squirt people with water (boy do they get angry)

Chapter 2

Friendship

You see me and Sophia weren’t always best friends when we were young it was war between us. Sit back and let me tell you why...

On my first day at high school Sophia and all of her friends were picking on me, they spread rumours about me, calling me names I can’t lie it was painful, and I had no friends at that time. She treated me differently because I was an alien. It kept on happening till the 4 of July ... Sophia and her friends were at the beach, I was there too with my 2 brothers and 1 sister out of all of them. I went in the water soon after we got there, Sophia and her friends went in 5 minutes later. Suddenly, I heard something! I quickly looked around me and I soon realised it was Sophia screeching “Somebody help me! There is something in the water help, help!”

I swam as fast as I could to try and save her, it only took a few seconds to get there but felt like ages. I saw under water her foot had got trapped in between 2 rocks. I swam under as quickly as a cheetah, I used all my strength to lift up the rock and it worked!
