Autumn 1- Penguins Update

Wow, what a start to Year 3!

We have had some fantastic learning opportunities this half term. The children have enjoyed learning how to use fronted adverbials and inverted commas to enhance their writing, and they have quickly picked up the column method for addition and subtraction.

They have also made great progress in swimming and have represented Longton fantastically. Not to mention the beautiful cushions they are making in DT. The children are so proud of their work and have shown great resilience throughout the project.

Well done, Penguins, on a fantastic half term! Enjoy your half-term break, and I look forward to welcoming you back in November.
