Relax kids sessions help children become resilient and give them tools and techniques to manage their emotional and mental health.

Relax kids uses research-based mindful and relaxation techniques alongside values and positive psychology (positivity, strength-building, gratitude, resilience and compasssion) to help support children's emotional health and wellbeing.
