Unavoidable School Closures
Unavoidable school closures
Please note that the school may occasionally need to close unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. As a school, we will always strive to remain open whenever it is safe to do so. If a closure is necessary, we will send a text message as soon as possible to the contact details we have, and we will also post updates on Instagram and send an email. Below are other ways you can find out if the school is closed.
You can view a list of schools that we know to be closed today and the reason for the closure. The 12 district councils within Lancashire are listed alphabetically (note that Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen are not within the Lancashire County Council administrative area).
We aim for this list to be as accurate as possible however, sometimes we are only notified after the closure. For further details of any closure please contact your school.
